About Diana

SHORT STORY

I am an avid learner who is particularly interested in helping people interpret and use data for meaningful projects and decision-making. I recently completed my Master’s in Data Science with a specialization in Analytics Management.

STILL CURIOUS? TLDR

When I started college as a math major, I did not have a career in mind. I struggled to find enthusiasm in “crunching” numbers daily. When I entered the nonprofit field, I felt I had found my place. I changed my major to psychology but due to my quantitative skills my career has centered around data analysis and technology.

Professionally, I want to use my quantitative skills to provide and analyze critical data and communicate data effectively. I hope to continue to use my qualitative skills to provide context for nonprofits and funders to prevent data from creating exclusionary or punitive consequences. Ultimately, I want to combine what I have learned in data science, technology, and communication to improve user interface with data and technology.
